Sanrise is dedicated to the research, development, and design of high-end semiconductor power chips, specializing in industrial and automotive-grade devices. Our product portfolio includes IGBT, Super Junction MOSFET, SGT MOSFET, and SiC power modules and discrete components. By closely following global technological trends, our R&D team integrates advanced design, manufacturing processes, and packaging technologies into our products, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the market. Sanrise is proud to hold 94 independent patents, including 71 invention patents, and has earned numerous industry accolades, highlighting our commitment to excellence in China's power semiconductor sector. At Sanrise, we are deeply committed to a quality-first approach, following a "zero defects and high reliability" policy. We have achieved ISO9001:2015 certification, and several of our products have passed the stringent TÜV Rheinland AEC-Q101 automotive-grade certification. Our state-of-the-art reliability laboratory in Nantong, spanning 1,500 square meters, has received CNAS accreditation and is a TÜV Rheinland certified lab for automotive power devices. With over 100 specialized testing devices, we are fully equipped to perform environmental and lifecycle tests, adhering to international standards such as AECQ101 and AQG324. Furthermore, our electrical testing and application engineering labs boast advanced simulation and testing capabilities, enabling us to provide comprehensive reliability testing for our clients. Managed by industry veterans, our reliability R&D and engineering center offers end-to-end support for ensuring the highest quality and reliability in our products.
